Our home away from home, the Westin Rancho Mirage Golf Resort & Spa, provides the perfect setting to relax, reconnect, and create memories that will last long after the reunion is over. Room Rates: $169 per night

Reservations may be made by individual callers. Attendees may contact our Group Reservations Department at 1-877-253-0041 and request the special group rate of $169.00 plus resort fee and tax per night for the Carter Family Reunion – 65th Annual group, or using group code CA4635.

*Notes: 

• All rooms are in 2-story buildings without elevators. We recommend those in need to request a lower floor in the remarks section during check out. Group rate applies for 3 days pre and post based on availability*
• The resort fee will be adjusted from $40.00 to complimentary at the time of check-in
• A credit card is required to guarantee each guest's reservation
• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night room and tax charge
• An early departure fee of $169.00 plus tax will apply if guests depart prior to their confirmed departure date

The buildings closest to the Ambassador Ballroom (our event center) are 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 & 11.  To request these buildings, please call the hotel directly.

Complimentary golf cart service will be provided to move around resort. 

Extend Your Stay!

Pre and post reunion nights may be available at the special contract rate of $169 per night on the following dates: July 19, 20, 21, 26, 27, 28. Availability is limited and subject to the resort's availability at the time of booking. If you experience any issues booking these additional nights, please email us through the "Contact Us" page, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Cancellations- Please email us promptly if you need to cancel your room reservation, as other family members may be waiting for a room. Thank you for helping us make rooms available to the family.
